Lalandia in Søndervig is attractively located near the popular seaside resort of Søndervig on the west coast of Denmark, with the picturesque North Sea as its neighbor.

Relationship

ProSlide and Lalandia have worked together on several projects dating back to 2009 when they first began work on Lalandia in Billund. That partnership continued in 2012 when ProSlide was brought back to install a TORNADO^® 60 and PIPEline at their next park, Lalandia in Rødby. For their newest park in Søndervig, Lalandia turned to ProSlide to supply all the water rides for their newest and most ambitious water park yet.

Opportunities

Having previously worked with Lalandia, ProSlide had a strong understanding of the park’s audience and market. ProSlide developed a diverse ride mix that built on their previous successes (like the TORNADO^® 60), while also catering to the park’s large family demographic – with attractions like the RideHOUSE^® 300. The cutting-edge ride mix offered thrilling excitement for more advanced riders, while also showcasing exciting new innovations like the addition of SuperCLEAR fiberglass on portions of the RallyRACER^®.
