About

Opened in 1987 as one of the first water parks in Spain, Aquadiver is host to some of Europe’s most unique attractions. Located on the Costa Brava, near Girona, water coasters, record-breaking slides, wave pools and rivers make up just some of the park’s entertainment offering. With a full picnic area, beach club and restaurants, Aquadiver is designed as the ideal place to spend a day with family or friends.

Relationship

Aquadiver had a vision to make some upgrades to their park and identified that the kids and family demographic was currently being underserved. The team behind Aquadiver knew they needed to align with the industry’s best attractions and innovations and partnered with ProSlide to fulfill that need.

Opportunities

ProSlide worked with Aquadiver to develop a world-leading KIDZ Zone filled with distinct water rides. Iconic water rides like the KIDZ TORNADO® 18 provide exciting zero-G sensations, the KIDZ MiniRIVER lets families share in the experience and the 3-lane KIDZ ProRACER® lets riders engage in a competitive water ride experience. While the EMEA region’s first KIDZ TornadoWAVE® brings a unique and differentiating water ride to the park, along with a thrilling ride sensation. The KIDZ TWISTER also features the debut of the ProSlide’s dazzling in-flume special effects. Strategically placed rings in the ride path allow light to permeate the flume, creating enhanced sensations of speed and motion for a visually stunning experience.
