Encompassing a space of 67 acres and with almost 50 attractions, Hyland Hills Water World is known as one of America’s largest family water parks.
Hyland Hills Water World is one of the largest water parks in the United States and part of the Hyland Hills Park District: a municipality that includes golf courses, a gymnastics center, a fitness facility, and more. Water World offers a wide array of ProSlide water rides that cater to the entire family, such as PIPEline, OctopusRACER, and an assortment of KIDZ rides for the youngest guests.
Over the span of a 28-year relationship, Hyland Hills Water World and ProSlide have worked on 11 projects together and have installed over 20 water rides from every ProSlide ride category in the Colorado park.
As the anchor attraction in a redevelopment plan that expanded their already extensive entertainment offerings, Hyland Hills’ installation for their 10th project with ProSlide was a noteworthy one. This project brought a breathtaking water ride complex complete with two iconic ProSlide water rides to the Colorado municipality. The CannonBOWL® 40 and the state’s first ever BLAST water coaster – the 2019 IMPACT Award-winning Dueling PIPElineBLAST®/FlyingSAUCER® 20 – completed the ambitious expansion in 2021, solidifying it as one the region’s top water parks. In 2026, Water World opened their latest project with ProSlide, an expansion called Summit Canyon. Themed around Colorado wildlife, the project brought a new complex featuring a diverse mix of ProSlide experiences such as a double HIVE 20 and a SwitchBACK/TORNADO 18 hybrid, along with a range of KIDZ Rides for the younger park-goers.
