Located in the south of Italy, Etnaland Acquapark is the only water park on the entire island of Sicily.
Established in 2001, Etnaland is open for less than 70 days each summer and attracts 300,000 annual visitors. The 40-acre waterpark has won multiple awards within the attractions industry including Parksmania (Best Park of the Year 2015) and TripAdvisor® (Certificates of Excellence in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016). The Los Angeles Times also named Etnaland to its list of Top 20 Waterparks in the world in 2013.
Over a 4-year relationship, ProSlide and Etnaland have partnered together to build 4 iconic water rides. In 2016 ProSlide installed Colossum, the first ProSlide BehemothBOWL 40 / TornadoWAVE 60 in Europe and Super Red Cannon the first ProSlide SuperLOOP with SkyBOX drop launch capsules in Italy.
Known as one of the most premier water parks in the world, Etnaland was another opportunity for ProSlide to grow our brand presence and pedigree in Europe. ProSlide was able to develop truly customized ride paths for a truly unique guest experience.
