These Terms of Use explain how you may access and use ProSlide’s online portal (the “Portal”). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms of Use for yourself and for the organization you represent.
ProSlide Technology Inc. and its affiliates (“ProSlide”) provide the Portal to help you operate, troubleshoot, inspect, maintain, and support ProSlide products installed at your facility. The Portal may include instructions, troubleshooting guidance, inspection recommendations, maintenance procedures, safety information, videos, diagrams, and technical documents (together, “Portal Content”).
The Portal and Portal Content are meant to help, but they do not replace professional judgment, site-specific assessment, qualified technical review, or your normal operational and safety procedures. Because the information is general, it may not cover every situation, configuration, modification, or equipment-specific issue. You are still responsible for:
Sometimes the information in the Portal may be different from other ProSlide materials, communications, manuals, drawings, bulletins, labels, training materials, recommendations, or instructions.
If you notice a difference, inconsistency, ambiguity, or possible conflict between Portal Content and any other information or materials provided by ProSlide, do not rely on your own interpretation. Please contact ProSlide at support@proslide.com for clarification before proceeding.
The Portal and all Portal Content, including all text, videos, manuals, images, graphics, layouts, software, trademarks, logos, designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to ProSlide and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited access and use rights expressly granted under these Terms of Use, no right, title, or interest in or to the Portal or any Portal Content is transferred to you.
Only people authorized by ProSlide may access the Portal. You may use it for your internal business purposes in connection with the ProSlide product, but you must not, and must not allow any other user to:
The Portal and Portal Content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProSlide does not make any express, implied, statutory, or other warranties or conditions, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or availability. In particular, ProSlide does not promise that:
ProSlide may interrupt, restrict, or discontinue all or any part of the Portal or Portal Content at any time, with or without notice. ProSlide may also suspend or terminate your access, or the access of any other user, if it reasonably believes that:
You are responsible for keeping usernames, passwords, and other login credentials confidential. You are also responsible for activity under your accounts, except to the extent caused by ProSlide’s failure to meet its security obligations. If you become aware of any unauthorized access to the Portal or your credentials, you must notify ProSlide promptly.
ProSlide may collect, use, and store account information, login activity, technical usage data, and communications related to your use of the Portal for Portal administration, security, support, system improvement, and legal compliance, in accordance with applicable law and ProSlide’s privacy practices.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
ProSlide may update these Terms of Use from time to time by posting revised terms on the Portal or otherwise making them available to you. If you continue to access or use the Portal after the updated terms take effect, you will be considered to have accepted them.
