You will play a critical role in our continued success by leading the execution of services and programs that deliver a world class customer experience.  Reporting to the Director, Global Ride Services, you are pivotal to driving the operational excellence of the department.  You will supervise a global team of Customer Success Technicians and Ride Verification Specialists and ensure the retention of skilled talent who deliver superior customer care to our internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of the customer service strategy
  • Supervise the Customer Success team
  • Provide reporting and visibility into the team’s performance
  • Liaise with our global customers as the primary escalation point
  • Engage other departments such as Product Lines, Sales, Project Managers, Logistics, etc., to resolve customer issues
  • Identify opportunities for improvements to processes, workflows and tools
  • Implement customer success best practices
  • Manage budgets and achieve financial performance targets
  • Actively participate in the development and execution of the annual operating plan

Education & Experience

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of related customer service experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical teams, remote or global teams is an asset
  • Proven track record fostering long term relationships with customers
  • Business-minded with experience in managing budgets
  • Experience in supervising people in a dynamic environment
  • Experience in project management practices and contracts
