Rick founded ProSlide Technology Inc. in 1986. He has more than 25 years experience in the design and development of waterslides and water rides. His background of alpine ski racing has given him a passion for sliding and water ride development that has produced numerous award winning ProSlide water ride innovations including the Mammoth River, the Dark Mammoth, the Tornado, the CannonBowl, the BehemothBowl, the Octopus Racer, the Rocket and on and on. Rick's primary responsibilities are in ProSlide's extensive Water Ride Design and Development Program which include the development of the original ride innovations and then the custom design of these ride applications for ProSlide's cherished Customers! His competitive nature has added a lot of positive energy to both ProSlide's and ProSlide Customers' industry leadership positions.

David J. Alexander BA, FCA - Vice President / Chief Financial Officer

David joined the ProSlide Team in 1994 as an accomplished finance professional with eight years experience in public practice. During his years at ProSlide, David has taken on progressive roles in all areas of the organization and is an integral member of the Senior Management Team. With a well-rounded understanding of the waterpark industry and ProSlide's position therein, David is able to provide customer solutions in many different areas including water ride product selection, contract matters, insurance issues and international trade finance.

Donald G. Ferrar - Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Don joined ProSlide in 1993 as the Vice President of Resort Operations and in 1999 moved to the position of COO. He managed ProSlide's Mont Cascades Waterpark from 1993 to 1999, giving him a thorough understanding of waterpark operations, the challenges operators regularly face, as well as what it takes to run a successful park operation.

Don is currently responsible for the ProSlide's product delivery including engineering, manufacturing and site installations. He is supported by a ProSlide team of professional engineers and project managers with extensive experience specific to the water ride industry.

Andreas J. Tanzer - Manager Research and Product Development & Technical Support Services

Andreas has been a key contributor to ProSlide since its inception in 1986. One of his main responsibilities has been in managing the technical side of ProSlide's many water ride product innovations. His previous experience with C&C Yachts (1983-1986) has given him a sound understanding of fiberglass capability and potential. His knowledge is valuable to all projects as they develop from conceptual design to final shop working drawings, molds and tooling. Andreas is known by many pioneers in our industry as a technical leader in the ongoing design and development of water rides worldwide.

Jeffrey J. Janovich - Vice President/Sales
Bachelor of Arts in Political Science - Concordia University, PQ, Canada

Jeff joined ProSlide Technology Inc. in 1989. He has more than 19 years experience in various aspects of the waterpark and water ride industry ranging from water ride installation, park operations, marketing, fiberglass fabrication and water ride design. His background of alpine ski instruction and racing has given him a strong passion for sliding that has contributed to the development, refinement and prototyping of new ride developments such as the Mammoth River, the Dark Mammoth, the Tornado, the CannonBowl, the Racers and the Rocket. Jeff's primary responsibilities involve consulting with waterpark and resort owners and operators worldwide creating and expanding the world's best waterparks. His expertise in custom designing these ride applications to each specific site condition maximizes the economies and financial value to ProSlide's waterpark owners and maximizes the water ride entertainment value of their guests!

Philip J. Hayles - Sales Account Executive
Bachelors of Commerce - Saint Mary's University, NS, Canada

Phil joined the ProSlide team in 2002 as a Sales Account Executive after previously working for Mercedes Benz of Canada as a Sales Consultant. Phil plays an integral role in providing the World's #1 water rides. This includes proposing innovative water ride solutions, preparing budgetary packages, understanding demographic needs and facilitating agreements with clients for both new waterpark start-up and expansionary planning. Phil represents ProSlide at industry tradeshows throughout the World.

Frank Good - Sales Account Executive

Frank is the newest member of the ProSlide sales team joining in 2004 as an Account Executive. Dealing with both the domestic waterpark and municipal markets, as well as international clients, Frank looks to add value to all projects by finding water ride solutions to achieve the goal of providing the maximum Guest experience, at the best value. Drawing on a background in watersports sales and distribution, and the operation of a watersport training facility, Frank's passion for water continues on in helping customers find the right water ride design for their needs.
