	Richard D. Hunter - President / Chief Executive Officer Masters of Business Administration - University of Ottawa, Canada Rick founded ProSlide Technology Inc. in 1986, and has gained more than 28-years experience in the design and development of waterslides and water rides. With a background in alpine ski racing, his passion for sliding and water ride development has produced numerous award-winning ProSlide water ride innovations. Rick's primary responsibilities reside in ProSlide's extensive Water Ride Design and Development Program which includes the original ride innovations as well as the custom design of ride applications for ProSlide's many fine clients. His competitive nature continues to spark positive energy for both ProSlide and its growing list of clients worldwide.
	David J. Alexander BA, FCA - Vice President / Chief Financial Officer Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales – ICAEW Bachelor of Accountancy and Finance (Honors) - City of London Polytechnic, London, England Already an accomplished finance professional with eight years experience in public practice, David joined the ProSlide Team in 1994. During his tenure at ProSlide, he has eagerly taken on progressive roles in all areas of the organization and has become an integral member of the Senior Management Team. With a well-rounded understanding of the waterpark industry and ProSlide's leadership position, David is able to provide customer solutions in many different areas including water ride product selection, contract matters, insurance issues and international trade finance.
	Donald G. Ferrar - Chief Operating Officer Prior to becoming COO in 1999, Don joined ProSlide as Vice President of Resort Operations in 1993, managing ProSlide's Mont Cascades Waterpark. It is here that he gained a thorough understanding of waterpark operations and the challenges operators regularly face. Don’s current responsibilities encompass ProSlide's product delivery, including engineering, manufacturing and site installations. He is supported by a dedicated team of professional engineers and project managers with extensive industry experience.
	Andreas J. Tanzer – Director of Innovations, Research, and Standards Small Craft Design Under 100'- Westlawn School of Craft Design Pure & Applied Sciences - John AbbottCollege Andreas has been a key contributor to ProSlide since its inception in 1986. One of his main responsibilities has been in managing the technical aspects of ProSlide’s many water ride product innovations. His previous experience with C&C Yachts has provided him a comprehensive understanding of fiberglass capability and potential. His knowledge is invaluable to all projects as they evolve from design to completion. Andreas is acknowledged by many pioneers in our industry as a technical leader in the ongoing design and development of water rides worldwide.
	Jeffrey J. Janovich - Vice President/Sales Bachelor of Arts in Political Science - Concordia University, QC, Canada Since joining ProSlide Technology Inc. in 1989, Jeff has gained more than 19 years experience in the industry, ranging from water ride design, fabrication and installation to park operations and marketing. His experience as an alpine ski instructor and racer sparked a passion for sliding that has contributed to the development of many of our most popular new rides. With a proven record of customizing ride applications to each specific site, Jeff helps maximize the economies and financial value to ProSlide's waterpark owners and ensures an ultimate positive guest experience.
	Philip J. Hayles - Sales Account Executive Bachelor of Commerce - Saint Mary's University, NS, Canada Phil joined the ProSlide team in 2002 as a Sales Account Executive after previously working as a Sales Consultant for Mercedes Benz of Canada. Phil plays a pivotal role at ProSlide, proposing innovative water ride solutions, preparing budgets, understanding demographic needs and facilitating agreements with clients for both new waterpark start-up and expansionary planning. Phil represents ProSlide at industry tradeshows throughout the World.
	Frank Good - Sales Account Executive Frank has been a member of the ProSlide Account Executive Team since 2004. Dealing with both the domestic waterpark and municipal markets, as well as international clients, Frank looks to add value to all projects by finding water ride solutions to achieve the goal of providing the maximum Guest experience, at the best value. Drawing on a background in watersports sales and distribution, and the operation of a watersport training facility, Frank's passion for water continues on in helping customers find the right water ride design for their needs.
